The topic of the project is the connection of heterogenous linguistic RESOURCES. An important subset of RESOURCES in contemporary linguistic research and application are annotated textual documents on the one hand. On the other hand there are external RESOURCES like grammars, lexica or ontologies. The project focusses the combination of annotated documents with such external RESOURCES. As the combination element an abstract format for the representation of textual primary data and annotation is used. This combination element partly relates to developments from the first phase of the project. The architecture of the project focusses the description of procedures used for the transfer of the external RESOURCES into the abstract format of representation. By these means representable data are the basis for further processing like bringing together or filtering the information from the several sources. The relations between the modelling units are realized declaratively. The exemplifying application of the methodology focusses the areas of correlation of treebanks as well as the analyses of anaphoric relations which are of high relevance for projects in the inner context of the research group and for external cooperations.
